Cooking is one of the simple joys of life. Italians, in particular, cook with passion and love sharing their food with family and friends.

I started hand-infusing olive oil in my kitchen over 10 years ago. Experimenting with different combinations of fresh herbs and ingredients started out as a casual hobby, but it wasn't long before I was getting regular requests from friends and family for bottles of my herb-infused olive oil. Since then, I've perfected my signature blend of flavors which is now known.

One of the gifts I cherish most from my mother, Catherine Lopresti, is her cooking. Growing up, she and my grandmother, Teresa Rizza, prepared amazing dishes and meals that always consisted of the freshest ingredients and painstaking love. It’s this passion that makes Italian food so special and I’m proud to have learned the art of cooking from such passionate women in my life.
